The “Vineria Cesare”, family property since 1963, is managed by Massimo and Si- mona. Other than a large winelist (about 300 labels), the restaurant offers a cuisine based on selected local and imported meats, not leaving aside the typicalness of the buffalo meat, carpaccio, fancy salads, cheese and salami selected with a par- ticular attention to the periodicity of the products. The fish-based recipes are made according to the local fishing and the dessert menu is personally prepared by the owners. During the good season it’s possible to eat under a pergola of a wonderful centenary grapevine.
