After two seasons in the hands of a different management, Cantina Cancelli goes back to the family that created it. The baton is passed to the younger generation, although the philosophy that made the place and its cooking stand out remains the same. We are guided by a new perspective in which nature and simple values come together. We honor the earth, the sea and the people who work everyday to help us provide the basic ingredients that make up the special dishes we prepare each day. Our recipes are not the result of a cooking school, but come out of the love and respect for the old ways: the slow processes of making good food. Our goal is always to go stubbornly against the grain, contrary to the rhythms of the post-modern world.
